App-Daten löschen lassen

Du kannst jederzeit die Löschung deiner in Flame Pool Companion gespeicherten Daten anfordern — entweder teilweise (einzelne Pools) oder vollständig (alle Daten inkl. Firebase-Zuordnung).

Option 1: Direkt in der App löschen

Einzelne Pools — inkl. aller zugehörigen Messwerte, Sichtprüfungen und Pflegeaktionen — können direkt in der App entfernt werden. Bei aktiviertem Cloud-Sync wird die Löschung synchronisiert, sofern die Synchronisation erfolgreich abgeschlossen wird.

Option 2: Vollständige Löschung per E-Mail

Für die Löschung deines gesamten Kontos und aller gespeicherten Daten (inkl. Firebase-Zuordnung zum Google-Login) schreibe uns bitte eine E-Mail:

Schritt 2 — E-Mail-Adresse angeben

Sende die Anfrage möglichst von derselben E-Mail-Adresse, die du in der App für den Google Sign-In verwendet hast. Das hilft uns, dein Konto eindeutig zuzuordnen und die Löschung schnell durchzuführen.

Schritt 3 — Bearbeitungszeit

Wir bearbeiten Löschanfragen in der Regel innerhalb von 30 Tagen. Falls gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten der sofortigen Löschung entgegenstehen, informieren wir dich darüber.

Was wird gelöscht

Alle Poolprofile (Name, Form, Maße, Filtertyp, Poolfarbe)
Alle Messwerte (pH, Chlor, Temperatur usw.)
Alle Sichtprüfungen
Alle Pflegeaktionen und Mengenangaben
Cloud-Sync-Daten in Firebase/Firestore
Die appinterne Zuordnung zum Firebase/Google-Login

Dein Google-Konto selbst wird nicht gelöscht. Wir löschen ausschließlich die Daten, die Flame Pool Companion in Firebase für dich gespeichert hat. Dein Google-Konto bei Google bleibt unberührt.

Hinweis: Eine automatische sofortige Löschung per In-App-Funktion für das gesamte Konto ist aktuell nicht verfügbar. Bitte nutze den E-Mail-Weg (Option 2) für die vollständige Kontolöschung.

🇬🇧 English — Data Deletion

Request Deletion of Your App Data

You can request deletion of your Flame Pool Companion data at any time — either partially (individual pools) or completely (all data including Firebase account association).

Option 1: Delete directly in the app

Individual pools — including all associated measurements, visual inspections, and maintenance records — can be deleted directly within the app. When cloud sync is active, the deletion is synchronized once the sync completes successfully.

Option 2: Full account deletion by email

To delete your entire account and all stored data (including the Firebase association to your Google login), please send us an email:

Step 2 — Include your email address

Please send the request from the same email address you used for Google Sign-In in the app. This helps us identify your account and process the deletion quickly.

Step 3 — Processing time

We process deletion requests typically within 30 days. If legal retention obligations apply, we will inform you accordingly.

What gets deleted

All pool profiles (name, shape, dimensions, filter type, liner color)
All measurements (pH, chlorine, temperature, etc.)
All visual inspections
All maintenance events and quantities
Cloud sync data in Firebase/Firestore
The app's internal association to your Firebase/Google login

Your Google account itself is not deleted. We only delete the data that Flame Pool Companion has stored in Firebase on your behalf. Your Google account with Google remains unaffected.

Note: Automatic in-app full account deletion is not currently available. Please use the email route (Option 2) for complete account removal.
